Our billing policy is based on automatic monthly renewal. If a renewal transaction is declined, we may retry it up to five times. If all retry attempts fail, the subscription may be cancelled.

MOBILE BOOST takes reasonable precautions to ensure protection of customers and cardholder data. Payment transactions are processed via third-party providers in accordance with PCI DSS.

You may be subject to the terms of use of the payment processor. We disclaim liability arising from the actions of such providers.

These Terms become legally binding when you start using the website and remain in effect until you stop using it.

You may cancel your subscription through your account area, a cancellation form, or by contacting support. Refund requests are assessed individually. Any refund may cancel the subscription.

You agree not to post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing content.

You must not transmit spam, malware, viruses, or attempt to access data or accounts that are not intended for you.

Any content you upload is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, subject to applicable data protection law. We may remove content that does not comply with these Terms.
